Campman — Local services in Bluffdale

Support Local Businesses like Campman, not mega corps like Amazon!!!!! I moved to The Mountains near Vail Colorado on December 1. I was in town two days before leaving for almost 3 weeks for work. I don’t have a PO Box yet and mail isn’t delivered to residences.The BD shovel I ordered was misplaced by USPS and I was never contacted by them about my package and when I tried to discover what had happened, At USPS, I only found dead ends. I called Campman to try and gain some assistance or clarity on what happened to my package.. Kris got right on it and was able to navigate the convoluted channels of the defunded, damaged and demoralized USPS Far better than I could. This shovel is sold out and if Kris hadn’t made it his personal mission on several occasions to find the package ,I would not have a shovel with which to back country ski. Local Businesses like Campman get little acknowledgment from anyone, especially megs corporations like Google, where Campman would be lucky to be on the 2nd or 3rd page of results. Please tell everyone you know that local businesses like Campman are not only a competitive alternative to giants like Amazon, they are in fact a much better alternative for everyone Involved, starting with the Price and customer service ,All the way through to Providing jobs,revenue and a tax base for the city And local economies they inhabit....

I purchased 2 pairs of TSL hyperflex snowshoes from Campman. First I bought one pair of the TSL Hyperflex Elite adjustable ( orange ones) for my girlfriend. I liked the quality of these so much that I wanted to order a pair of the TSL hyperflex Elite (red ones) for myself. So I went to order the ones I wanted but they were out of stock. I contacted Campman and asked if they knew if they would be getting anymore of the TSL snowshoe in stock. Kris sent me an email letting me know that he contacted his TSL sales rep and that he could have the snowshoe direct shipped to my house if I still wanted the TSL hyperflex ELITE. So I paid Campman and my new snow shoes arrived in a few days. Now that is great service! This is a great place to buy stuff from. Kris went out of his way for me and got back to me too in a timely manner during the christmas/ new year holiday! Kris and Bill were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I asked about a few products and they set up the chairs in question and made sure I was happy with the product before I purchased. I wanted to support a local business and these guys have an amazing inventory and competitive prices. I'd much rather shop here than their big box...
