Advanced Integrated Controls — Local services in Bluffton

We use Advanced Integrated Controls, AIC, for our new home in Palmetto Bluff. Our first meeting with Curtis and Jennifer was when the house was in the wiring phase so they walked us through each room and told us everything that was going to be installed. We have 7 mounted Flat Screen TV's, Soundboard, indoor and outdoor speakers throughout the house and the tower system tucked neatly away which controls everything! The equipment used and TV selection was all done by AIC and we couldn't be happier! To say the least my husband and I are NOT tech people at all and surely had NO IDEA what streaming was all about!! Curtis was super patient and explained all the different types of systems that would be installed and assured us it was super simple and very cost effective. Fast forward a year later, we are so happy that we made the investment and followed ALL Curtis's recommendations. ELAN is our system controller and HEOS is our house music, that's about technical as I get, (if more info is needed on this please call them they would be much more thorough on the systems they use), but I do know everything is streaming and the equipment is top noch. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit overwhelmed with the system at first as it was the first time we ever worked with something like this, however Curtis and his staff are always on call if I encounter an issue. Most of the time it can be remedied remotely, however if they do need to make a house call they are here the day I make the call! Maks, Dusty and Jose are the greatest techs as well. This was a review I couldn't wait to write because of how outstanding AIC is. My wife and I reached out to AIC for our business interior and exterior audio needs. When we looked for local recommendations several friends said to look at AIC so we did. Right from the first phone call I knew we were in good hands, they were friendly and very knowledgeable. We told them what we wanted and they came with some ideas and products that could fit our budget. The day of install we had three polite and friendly AIC crew show up (on time!). They gave me a brief rundown of what they would be doing and then got to work. The install was done before we knew it and music was in the air! Their recommendations were prefect because now the sound was part of the room and you could still here people talk with no issue. The end of the day the crew was being meticulous about any mess or dust left behind and for us that brought no worries of trying to open that day. I did get a random follow up visit from one of the crew a couple days later, he was just checking if I had any additional questions or concerns since having it all operational. AIC has installed our Lutron Palladiom Shades, 7 flat screens (55"& 65") TVs, fantastic sound system, security system, etc., and they have always provided first rate service, and simple and straightforward advice and instructions. I have had similar systems and technology in homes I have owned in the Hamptons as well as Northern NJ, and have never had a better experience than dealing with Curt and the team at AIC. When we built in Palmetto Bluff our builder recommended AIC, and I can say without question, they are the absolute best technology group I have ever dealt with. Everyone on Curt's team, from Tabetha in the front office to the technicians in the field they have all been fantastic.

As technology becomes more important in home features, in my experience, the most critical item is the service of this technology by knowledgeable technicians. AIC always show up when they say they will, are extremely sensitive to clients unique needs, and always provide simple and very understandable instructions and advice--and they are very capable problem solvers.
