A wonderful collection of locally owned/operated businesses. A great sushi spot (they actually have eel), a wonderful chinese restaurant, a locally owned pizzaria (NYCP), an impressive Publix, and a handful of other needed businesses. If you live in the Okatie area, this is the area to visit. There's even a bowling alley with a bar!
