Communication is awful here. If you just need an oil change, the service is fine. However, if you have something actually wrong with your car, go somewhere else.
My last experience, I had an appointment at 7:30am- called to check on it around 11 and 2 to which they said they would tell the mechanics that I called but it hadn't been in the shop yet. It didn't get worked on until 5 when I went in person and found every other appointment had been completed except for mine as they had a huge chart right there with my name at the top unchecked.
This time was not as bad experience-wise as I was just worried about my car and not that there was actually anything wrong with it. However, I scheduled an appointment for a recall repair and an oil change. I called twice with no answer and received a call back to which I couldn't answer only to say that my car was finished. In fact, it was not finished because they did not do the recall repair. Now, the recall could not be repaired as they did not have the parts but, their inability to communicate that is insane. That whole day from my 8am appointment to the 4pm, when I actually was able to get through to someone after calling with a different number, nobody would answer my call.

My service advisor was saliese and she was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond with such great customer service. Kept me in the loop with everything that was going on and best of all had my vehicle ready for pick up same day which I was expecting to have taken a few days to repair. the service was done asap! This was my son’s car and she knew how important it was to have a car that was safe enough for him to drive in a timely manner. Hands down the best advisor I’ve dealt with at Ford! Read moreI will have to say my first two visits to Cochran did not go well. Let me say I have been a customer of this dealership for 30 years. I purchased my 2015 focus new and always serviced there. A few months ago was in for works package and about 3 weeks after fluid on my garage floor. Open hood to find oil cap was not put back on. Brought it back in and engine was cleaned. Was in again last week service advisor Janine gave me a list of repairs one ,brake pads and rotors. Price looked a little high to me. I called Fred Martin, where I also go was over 200 dollars less.
