I had came in about 4-5 months ago and I had 2 things that I was selling that I found from a flea market, one was a 14k gold ring with diamonds and the second was a necklace that was 10k gold, when I came in to the business there was a lady at the front desk that ended up helping us and I gave her the items and she took them back and “tested” them and then instantly gave me a quote without explaining a single thing about the items, me thinking that’s the most money I could get so I took it, come to find out on the receipt both items were rang up for 10k gold, you’d think with a business that has such a high rating wouldn’t make that kind of simple mistake but that simple mistake or done purposefully costed me a decent amount of money.
