Ordered a Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, they forgot the Chicken. They gave me a free salad to make up for it which tasted old and like it had been sitting already prepared in their fridge for days. On the next visit, I waited in the curbside pickup for over 20 minutes after they said my order was ready, then called and waited on hold for 10 minutes until the girl hung up on me and brought my food out which had been sitting there the whole time. Got home and all our food was cold, they forgot the baguette and put onions on the sandwich after we requested no onions. Way too expensive for this kind of quality. Won't be back anytime soon.
Update: I finally returned and ordered a half dozen bagels which apparently now means 5. Seriously? We can't even count now? Hoping this one goes out of business soon if it's going to be run...
Read moreToday was my first time I went to Boardman's Panera, and I really got a bad impression because of the attitude of the cashier Adeline, she couldn't hide her annoyance when I paid with cash and not with a card,?$%@ she didn't give me the cup for my coffee, I had to ask her and she was sarcastic when she gave it to me, I understand that we all have good and bad days, but when u work in customer service u should always have the best attitude no matter what!!! also, something similar happened with an elderly couple who saw each other uncomfortable with the attitude of the cashier Adeline... I hope that it's only an isolated incident and that it's not a constant... for the rest, the food and drinks, always at a good level, as always...

This wouldn't be a big deal to me except a few weeks ago I ordered from this same Panera and they made my salads WRONG, and then when the mgr called me she argued that they were made wrong because she made them herself. Its sad. I love the salads here but Im tired of wasting money on salads I can't eat. Last time she said next time I order just tell them and it will be free. I don't go in and order nor do I use the drive through I use the app. I shouldn't be inconvenienced.
