Starbucks — Restaurant in Ohio

I took my daughter through the drive thru for food and a drink after school because we had to be somewhere, and there was only one person in front of me so i figured it would be fast. 20 minutes later, I was still stuck behind the car in front of me. The passenger of that car got out and went in the store and bought food and got back in the car while they were still in the drive-through. The employees allowed this lady to stay there for all this time while she could not figure out a way to pay with her app on her phone. Instead of asking her to pull around and go in the store to figure it out, at least 25 other cars gathered behind me during this time. By the time we got our food and drink the food was cold and the drink was starting to separate.. Terrible experience. Also when something like that happens on a drive thru usually the employees will ask that person to pull around and go in the store… also you have no way of changing your mind to get out because there is no space to pull around and leave. I rarely use Starbucks, but a coworker requested. I sat at the counter for around 5 minutes before being acknowledged by staff. The drive thru is clearly the focus. The woman seemed annoyed to take my order. They then put out half my order. After 20 mins I asked about the other coffee. They asked me what I got.....they have a receipt right in front of them. They then acted annoyed that I wanted my second coffee that I paid for. Also left them a tip so $11 for being ignored, treated as an annoyance, and given cold coffee. I rarely ever give one stars. All that said, it seems as if they were grossly short handed. Likely had some call offs today and they're all stuck dealing with it, but showing their frustration to their clients. I will not be back to this location. $11 is a bit much to...

Soooo…I spilled my venti iced coffee all over the floor and Bradley cleaned it up. I felt so embarrassed and horrible to impose extra work on them but Bradley made sure to calm me down. It was an excellent learning experience as far as how I react when my children spill something. They offered me grace and kindness. It was one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had.
