To start off, the service from the employees here was great. Very nice and helpful, good at making sales too. I had bought low quality boots for years before going here and they would always wear out in a year or less. I ended up buying 4 pairs of boots from here, and, while I did pay a bit of a higher price than other places the quality is unmatched. The selection of sizes, styles, types and specialized sizes is unmatched. I have large feet that can range from a 12 in some shoes to a 13W. They were quick to help me find my exact size, and if it wasn't on the shelves they were able to find it in the back. Bought 3 pairs for myself, and 1 for my wife who ended up loving them as winter boots. For me, 1 for work, 1 for heavy outdoor work, and 1 for casual wear. The Wolverine brand boot that I bought for casual wear are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, I have worn them for many long days of standing or walking and even to multiple concerts where my feet barely hurt after hours of standing. One of the pairs of Wolverine brand boots I bought had a slight manufacturer issue which the warranty worked for. I had to go through the company website for customer assistance but they were swift and efficient in replying and solving the problem. The issued boots were still wearable, but they gave me a coupon of the value of boots which I was able to use on their website. I ended up getting 5 pairs of boots out of this transaction and would absolutely buy all of them...

I called the Youngstown store to order work boots for my BF, who wears a EE-Wide and the hardest size to find in any shoe he wears. After speaking to Crystal North, she text me pics of all the boots that were EE-W, I chose the buy 1 get 2 free option and she shipped them out to me and got them 2 days later. Two of the three pair didn't fit quite right but the 3rd pair was a perfect fit. I emailed Crystal to see how to return the order without having to send the one pair back. I was shocked when she called me on a Sunday to go over different options for returning or exchanging the boots. So I shipped the 2 back, and now waiting for the 2 pair I replaced for the returned boots. I ordered a pair and a friend ordered a pair.

I can't begin to express the "outstanding" customer service that Crystal provided! She was such a great help in searching their inventory as well as their other stores for the sizes I needed and to text me pics of the boots she had, replied to emails right away and to call me on a Sunday to go over the return/exchange options I had available. She truly went above and beyond what she needed to do to satisfy a customer and we will definitely be a customer as long as she is there! I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I spoke to Crystal! Thank you Crystal so very much & Thank you Boot Factory...

My husband and I went to this store today and made our first purchase. We drove over an hour and we are not regretting it. A lot of their boots online are more of a western look. It’s not typically a look I go for, however the selection in store is pretty awesome. I found a nice pair of Harley Davidsons that I can’t wait to wear to work tomorrow. My husband also got two steel toed pairs, one for work and one for pleasure. They are genuine leather and look of high quality. I’ve never spent more than $25-$40 on a pair of boots and I’m excited to see how these ones work out for me. Just trying them on, I could tell they had amazing ankle support. Oh we even got an extra $50 off on top of the buy one get two free because of the boots I picked out. What a DEAL! The staff was extremely friendly and seemed really appreciative that we drove as far as we did to come to the store.

Finally, I just want to applaud this company for some of the reviews I’ve read. My level of respect sky rocketed for you after reading your responses to some of the not so nice people/reviews. I had to read them all out loud to my husband....
