As soon as I walked in, the first thing I asked the employee to tell me the amount of each item that they decide to take. She said okay we’ll do that when u get back. When I got back she threw the container on the counter and gave me a dirty look when I asked about a pair of shoes she took. After receiving dirty looks and I was not given permission to look through the bin, nor was I told exactly which items were taken or the amount. Since the worker had to run the register and that was more important than me, she basically threw the money at me and rushed me out.After I realized some things she took, in total she gave me $14 total for $80 hoodie and a $150 pair of shoes and 2 other items (i still can’t figure out which items she took since she didn’t tell me). In addition, when I specifically selected for them not to text me, they still did it anyways. They texted me to come pick up my items and they told me they did nothing wrong. The absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered in my life. As soon as I walked in the store they looked at me like I wasn’t allowed to be in the store. I had to use the bathroom and they acted like I was taking food out of their first born child’s mouth. While I was in the bathroom for no longer than 3 minutes they tried to open the door while I was in there. When I exited the bathroom they all stared at me with the meanest look on their face. The whole time I was in the store they were following me around and staring at me. I didn’t want those over priced and stained shien clothes to begin with. Don’t go to this store if you don’t look like the employees they will treat you poorly. You must be basic and have a poor spray tan with raggedy lash extensions to fit in. Waited about 1 1/2 hours, asking twice in the wait to confirm they had my right contact information to inform me they were done. Shopped alittle, found 4 of the same skirt with 4 different prices. My clothes were finished being sorted through within 20 minutes, I saw them go through them and complete the task. The man who came in after me, left before me. When I asked if there was a number I could call about the wait, trying to be discrete as I saw 2-3 people shopping, the employee was very nice and told me to leave a google review.
