Just an absolutly amazing place with great selection and staff that not only knows the product but cares more about the person than the sale. I have bought alot of jewlery there over the last couple years and have dealt with many of the staff and each of them have gave me a great buying experience. There is one sales assciate that stands out the most and her name is kate. She helped me through the engagement ring process, along with the wedding band and my ring. Kate made sure that all deadlines were met to make sure we had our rings in time for our wedding. Even now when i walk in there all the sales associate great me by name still till this day and treat me with the up most respect. I will admit i am not a very easy customer i am very specific in what i want and kate dealt with all my quirks with a smile and helped me and my wife create a one of a kind ring that will always be unique. All in all the whole store is a great buying experience there is not pressure when buying and if there isnt anything there they will help you find what your looking for. Also another thing to mention is there service center. The staff there care about the jewlery and do exceptional work. The service center staff will walk you through what they are doing and do wahtever it takes to either fix or enhance the jewlery. Definitly will be buying more jewlery from there in the future and visiting just to say hi and getting rings cleaned...

Just got a phone call from this location that after being without my WEDDING RING for TWO WEEKS for cleaning, inspection & rhodium that my ring WAS LOST.

I am pregnant and just had to be told by my extremely upset husband that they want us to go in and pick out new diamonds so they can try and replicate the original piece.

I cannot explain how very HEART BROKEN I am to be told that the ring I was PROPOSED to with at the first home we shared in Cleveland, the ring that I was MARRIED with in California, and the ring that I had while finding out we were going to be PARENTS in Colorado, my ring that has SO MUCH of my relationships HISTORY is just gone and we're going to REPLACE it like it is just another THING???!

It might be JUST A RING to you, but as someone who received this ring from the person she is so very in love with-- to be told that my ring is missing and needs replaced??? HOW DOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN.

There is a reason why things like this are so expensive, why families pass rings down from generation to generation. It's because they're not just "THINGS!"

I cannot believe I won't even be able to pass my ring down to my daughter that her father gave to me. This is literally the most unbelievable thing that has ever...

My fiancé proposed to me with a ring bought at Zales and within 6 hours of having the ring, one of the diamonds in the band fell out. We were beside ourselves when Zales told us that it would need to be sent out for 3 weeks to be fixed and I hadn’t even had it for 24 hours. We called around and tried to see who would be able to fix it quicker than that 3 week time frame and we finally had this Jared store recommended to us. When I called I was treated with great customer service and was told I could bring it right in to get it looked at. Turns out, ALL of my diamonds were loose in both the band and my center stone. The Boardman Jared store manager, Kate, was so helpful and got me right in the system and told me that they could fix it in house in 3 days!! They even educated me on the cut of my diamonds and the required maintenance with the specific cut, which Zales did not do. We are SO pleased with this store’s customer service, attention to detail and overall commitment to ensuring my ring got back to me quickly and was fixed correctly. I can’t recommend this store enough!! Let me tell you, we will never be buying any jewelry from anywhere else in the future....
