Our experience with the great people of Chevrolet of Boaz, especially Tyler Hooper and also Brian, was nothing short of exceptional. We live in a neighboring state and had been looking for a couple years for a particular Corvette. We've seen more than a fair share of dealerships and sales people in our search, and also because we purchase a new vehicle almost every year due to high mileage driving.

We started with phone conversations with Tyler, who was very not only courteous and professional but also forthcoming, sincere, and the complete opposite of a "pushy salesman". He sent us lots of additional photos that were high quality without us having to request them, and was very familiar with the history of the vehicle.

We made the several hour drive to see the car, and happily encountered more of the sincere and excellent customer care. He made no premature attempt to "close the deal", but rather spent the time answering questions, handed us the full Carfax report without us having to ask for it, and also pulled data by using the vehicle VIN when we asked about specific details.

When we made the decision to purchase, Tyler maintained the same friendly and relaxed professionalism. We quickly and painlessly came to an agreement on price and completed all paperwork effortlessly.

When a new transmission was required after the initial kit arrived, the parts department again responded with text message letting me know it had arrived. Service: Getting me back on the road, had its challenges. However, the service team’s efforts were instrumental in making it happen. I would like to specifically acknowledge the contributions of Lee (sales), Todd and Don (service), Pam (warranty department), Jacob (transmission technician), Tina (General Motors Customer Service), and others.
