Taco Bell — Restaurant in Boaz

I order food and pay for it and then they ask me to pull around front and they will bring my food to my truck when it’s ready “in order to save their drive thru times” which I do. When I get to the front there is 5 other vehicles all waiting on their food as well. I sit for 20 minutes and watch all the other vehicles leave along with some vehicles who arrived after I did. Then I see 3 employees outside smoking so I asked about my food and they asked what I ordered. I told them my order and they said they were going to check on it. After another 10 minutes of waiting they bring me my order but it was completely wrong and they said they must’ve gotten my order mixed up with another vehicle! At this point and after 30 minutes of waiting I just demanded a refund. My refund was literally the only thing they did correct in the 30 minutes I was waiting on my food. Sadly I. There were 4 police officers blocking the drive thru.When I managed to park and walk to the Taco Bell I entered the lobby where I waited for approx 10 mins. before a manager who was NOT wearing a name tag, but said her name was Shasta told me that I could NOT place an order, that the inside was closed, even though there were several people still in the lobby and a gentleman who entered after me. I would have to go through the drive thru. I informed her that there were several police blocking the entrance and she proceeded to tell me "oh well" "I don't know what to tell you, but you can't order in here because it's only me and one other cook and we can't fix your food and the people in the drive thru too" I work at 3 different restaurants and I would NEVER speak to a guest the rude , condescending way that I was spoken to ......EVER... I will never visit this location again in fact I will probably NEVER eat at another Taco Bell if this is how MANAGEMENT is treating good...

Staff was very rude they butchered the entire 40 dollar order didn't put any of the extra cheese or the other stuff and they didn't want to give what we paid for.Deserves zero stars. Had an order on the app. Part of my order was a protein bowl. I added extra cheese on 2 separate spots for each bowl and was charged on each spot. Picked up order had a strawberry lemonade. Was handed an empty glass. I told her it was the sb lemonade and she said I know it. I ask can I get that over there ( pointing to soda machine) she said no. Turned to walk off. I asked can you get it for me she said I guess. I checked and saw there was no extra cheese and it looked horrid and one was missing lettuce added steak there was maybe 2 pieces on one order and maybe 2 pieces of chicken on the other. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. she said I was a liar there was extra cheese and it is added to the bowl not put on side but there was hardly any...
