Boots Plus — Local services in Boaz

Back in March, I stopped in and ordered a pair of Harley Davidson riding boots. Boots came in about 3 weeks later. Around a month later as I was pulling my left boot on, the pull tab on the back ripped almost all the way across. Stopped back into the store to enquire about a warranty, was told the boots do have a warranty, and my info was taken. 2 weeks later I received a call from Boots Plus telling me my new pair of boots were in, just bring the other pair and they would swap them out. Easiest transaction ever due to the awesome people at Boots Plus...my next pair of boots will be purchased...

I've been doing business with Boots Plus almost my whole life. My parents bought me boots there and once I started making money I have also. I am notorious for taking forever to make up my mind and trying on multiple pairs of boots in the process of doing so but they always help me find what I want. Unlike so many places now days that act like the customer is just there to bother them they always do anything you need but don't push the sale too far. I really can't think of anything bad to say. They have these kinda reviews and high rating...

The man and his daughters that run this store have always treated me like family since I have first visited the store. I have done business with them for years from my job getting boots from them.
