I visited this salon 4pm 3/16/2025

I am leaving it as a warning to others to be careful when choosing your salon. They were very nice but they don't know what they are doing.

They were very polite and accommodating, checking the reference images multiple times and assured me it was easy for them to do. I tried to be as clear as possible, even with the language barrier, but once I finally got to see the hair, it was not at all what I asked for.

I just wanted a trim and some layering, but instead 3-4 inches of my hair was removed and the rest was thinned heavily. The dye is uneven and not the color I wanted, and the white streak is the wrong section of my hair. I didn't want a blow dry or heavy product, but then he used a diffuser, mousse, and hairspray and charged me extra.

When I was done they assured me it was just a "big change" and the hair was beautiful and looked amazing. I really wanted to love it but I looked like a rats nest. I have no volume. My curls are flat, my hair is super dry and feels damaged.

I was quoted $230 for a cut and color. At checkout the payment was $340. I paid because I hadn't realized yet how badly my hair was ruined.

I have been crying all day, and I do not want to go back to ask for it fixed. My hair is GONE. I am never going to a high end stylist again. I feel horrible.
