Terri's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Boca Raton

Stumbled on this shop while visiting this Publix and I was pleasantly surprised. The shop was well maintained, and shockingly well stocked for this location. My only issue is that it wasn't very inclusive. The Chanukah section was an end cap.... That's it. That was really disappointing for Boca Raton.

They had tons of Christian things, lots of Precious Moments and that's totally fine, I just expected more holidays and more stock of those...

Best Hallmark store. Excellent stock inventory, all well arranged, inviting atmosphere and excellent management -staff attentiveness. Agustin is sweet with customers and always pleasant to engage in conversation of everything holiday-Hallmark products and everything else and this is why I travel 1 hour to buy -from Miami Lakes- instead of going to the Hallmark store in Pembroke Lakes which is only a 15 minute drive...

What a disappointment. You call this the best gift shop in Boca Raton??? I have been going to this store for many years and after today I will never return. Since when do store owners declare "they will only take returns on certain days when the owner is there." Talk about inconveniencing your customers. If this is going to be the new policy I would suggest that the owner post signs in regards this on...
