My partner rented a "studio" space at the Gem Center for a year and a half. If you are a creative type looking for a studio space I would not recommend the Gem Center. It was disorganized and dirty. Wifi would go out regularly. More than once the toilet was clogged days in a row or I'd go in and see vomit/urine on the floor from events the night before. After all this they shorted her deposit, returning it way after the legal window only after multiple...

The GEM Center is amazing! The staff is so incredible & so generous. I booked with them for a sorority event and they did amazing. Helped set everything up, provided security, food and drinks, AND completely unscrewed our LED light letters and fixed all of them for me! Best staff ever! 10/10 recommend booking with the GEM Center :)...

I got a chance to catch 2417 the immersive experience which doesn't yet have its own page. But it was so quirky and cool, a fun world to explore and story to engage. I imagine it will grow over time there are a lot of places to play with it. It shows that wonderful art is happening everywhere! So thankful for the great world...
