Some of the worst fast food service I have received. Started off with ordering the Spicy Siracha Burger. (No tomato, substitute cheese w/pepper Jack, add ketchup.) Got all the way home open up the burger and there is no bacon. This burger is supposed to come with bacon. So I call down to the restaurant and tell them my order was messed up, they say "You had the Spicy Siracha with ketchup right?" I say, "yes" They say, "That had bacon on it!" As if I'm calling to lie to them about it. I let him know that this burger has been untouched and I'm looking at it now... there definitely is NO BACON.. the person I spoke with, made it sound like I inconvenienced them, but told me to come back and they'd make another. I go back and had to wait in a line of cars for 10 minutes, finally get up to the window, and a guy (Wearing a silver/grey shirt, looked like management, but was cooking/preparing. .) takes apart the untouched burger and inspects it right there looking like he was hoping to tell me that I'm wrong or I'm lying. He doesn't say anything and just walks away and comes back with a new burger. Again, doesn't apologize for the issue or simply say "Have a good night" or anything, he gives me the food and walks away. I pull forward and decided to double check the burger this time before I left.....to my surprise they mess it up AGAIN. This time they didn't put the Pepper Jack cheese that I requested. So, I go back again. Pull up to the speaker, and the person goes through their "How can I help you spill." Could hardly understand what he said, as you could tell they were less than enthused to take my order, but I explain the situation, AGAIN, and then there is probably a 30 second windows of silence where they didn't respond at all. Finally the guy responds and says " Just pull up to the window man." (Again, Major inconvenience for them.. ) They take my burger, get the whole staff right in front of the drive through and have everyone looking at the burger. The same guy as before grabs it and runs off the the back. He bring me out another burger and basically takes it apart so that I can "approve it" before he wrapped it up. The most frustrating part of this whole situation was the way we were treated. They were very rude and condescending and we weren't the ones who messed it up. I understand the issues were minor, but if thats how we order it, then thats how we'd expect to be made.... I may be wrong, but the person who seemed to be the most rude about the situation looked like a manager. After this interaction, I will go out of my way to steer clear of this location. They need to be much more personable, give the customer the benefit of the doubt vs. calling them a liar, and be somewhat apologetic if there really was an issue! WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO...
Read moreI will NEVER go to this jack in the box again. We walked up and both doors were locked (at 10:30 am) mind you I am with a 3yr old. I call..no answer. So we walked up to the wondow and I asked the girl "is there a reason the doors are locked?" She says "ummm well, theres only 3 of us here" ok? So u cant have the dining room open? She said no. I said well can i order some food then? She said "ya, we cant do that" I said ok..well maybe you should put some signs up letting people know your dining room is closed. She slammed the window in my face. I get it, businesses are short staffed. But if you continue to hire rude kids, no one is going to come to your establishment anyway. I started to walk away with my 3 yr old and she had the audacity to open the window and yell something as I was walking away. So I walked back and said Im sorry, what? And she looked at me thru the window and said "you can leave or I will call the cops" FOR WHAT?? Telling you to put up a sign?...
Read moreMy parents and I had stopped here the other day, on our way to the zoo. Overall, I would have give 5 stars, if the tables hadn't have been dirty... Not to mention, one of the employees behind the counter definitely had a temper. It was a busy Saturday. There were multiple employees trying to work as a team to help each other take orders, cook the orders, and figure out where orders go... Yet this one particular employee who had a temper, seemed to act as though, she was the only one actually doing anything. She had been yelling at her co-worker, for not knowing where an order had to be handed out to. The window, or the inside dine-in area... Food was pretty good. Cashier, that was being yelled at, was friendly. -He had even come over to our booth to ask if we were doing okay, and if we needed anything else. I believe he had mentioned his name was Paul. Great guy.. Deserves to be recognized for putting up with such a terribly,...
