This is a great place in town to go get Mexican food. Staff is friendly and attentive to whatever you need to get done. It is easily seen from the road and parking is easily available in the surrounding area. It does have accessible parking but it's not the easiest to use due to it being in downtown square. High angle to the curbs followed by lacking entrances close by to any smooth surface. Doorway is a double entryway which does make it difficult for accessible folks to come in. Same thing applies to the seating area and the bathrooms. I would not necessarily say this is accessible friendly is it accessible yes but not built to ease. Sitting in the restaurant is good and the bathroom is maintained clean however there's only one publicly available. Food is always good and fresh. One of the only complaints I have is not enough tortillas being sent out with any of the larger orders of fajitas etc. You get two tortillas per person or a plate of meat that can easily make six. Otherwise this is a great...
Read moreOUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE: FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIENCE! Best Mexican Food in all of DFW and North Texas!!!! Just to name a few……better than: Los Amigo’s, Uncle Julio’s, Gloria’s, Christina’s, ElFenix, ElChico, Cantina Laredo, Blue Goose, On the Border, La Hacienda Ranch, Abuelo’s, Mi Cocina, Chuy’s and even Javier’s.
Esparza’s in Grapevine was always #1 until I tried Don Toro! The enchiladas will literally melt in your mouth like cotton candy!!! Memorable service, polished and well groomed team!!!!
Wish there was a location in Rockwall…. I’d be there everyday!
For all of the bad reviews: DO NOT BELIEVE!! These people have never left Bonham to experience the finer things. It appears they’re searching out a buffet for huge portions. Might I suggest: Pancho’s Mexican Buffet, raise the flag for service, and stop...
Read moreI've been eating here since it opened. Dine in and take out. I'm going to take a guess and say I've ate here 40+ times. Probably more and only 1 time whatever I ordered(maybe nachos) I was like ehh it was just ok. Now, I suggest you eat in if you're worried about smaller portions because I feel take out is a bit smaller, but still plenty! Have I walked in and stood there for a few minutes feeling no one was seeing me? Yes, a couple times but it wasn't long and I knew the food was worth the wait. My favorites are the chicken flautas with a side of white queso and the poblano with ground beef and topped with white queso. Never disappointed with either of these. I definitely don't understand the reviews stating bland food? Maybe there's a little bit of sabotaging there? Go try for yourself. It's worth it! I...
