Ordered an entree of sesame chicken with fried rice. According to the menu, fried rice includes the following vegetables, peas, carrots, onions, green onions and egg. This is not what I received. The fried rice looked and tasted completely terrible. It was sad looking with only bits of egg in it. I called to speak with a manager. Manager states that’s the way the entree fried rice is served, although it does not state that anywhere on the menu. She states I could have requested and paid extra for the vegetables. I responded, “How am I supposed to know to ask for that if it’s not written anywhere on the menu?” I’m not clairvoyant. Had the manager offered to fix the rice instead of arguing about the menu description of fried rice vs entree side fried rice, which she states she’ll now fix (you’re welcome), I wouldn’t be writing this review. I absolutely detest writing reviews, but this manager was terrible and offered $2 off my next freaking visit. Why would I visit this establishment again when the manager offered no solutions to correct the meal I just paid for??? She ultimately hung up on me. Wonderful customer service, am I right??? My advice…stay far away. There are other excellent Asian restaurants in Bonham, Texas, that would actually appreciate the business, such as...

Wish I could rate this place higher. The first time we dined here was a good experience, save for the unenthusiastic hostess. We were impressed enough to get some take out several weeks later. It was horrible. Our ginger salads were filled with rotting lettuce... like literally the whole salad, rotten. We graciously let it slide, but that almost cured me from ever wanting to eat there again. Alas, I decided to dine in once more with my family, and it was great, again. In trying to give them another chance to earn my praise, we ordered take out tonight once more. Aaaand again, it was horrible. First of all, customer service sucked. It's like they are irritated to have customers at all. We found long black hairs in our rice and salad, and once again, rotting lettuce leaves. We're grossed out, and unfortunately, can't give our business to a restaurant that doesn't take pride in quality. They seem to care more about what they are serving their dine in customers, than what they send them home with. Moral of the story: At the most, don't get take out. 😏 At the very least, try dining in and see for yourself if it's good enough to keep coming back. We...

Me an my partner ate at this restaurant (not for the first time) but it will be the last. Service and the food were awful. I thought there may be a staffing issue as there was one waitress running around the whole restaurant. However, we waited FOREVER to be approached at the table. While the waitress chatted with other customers, unprofessional when your other table hasn’t been addressed yet. Finally got our drinks but you can forget a refill. Was told she would be right back with one and never saw her, had to ask another lady working there for one. By the time I received my food we had been there over an hour an the noodles were burnt. To the point you could smell it, and tasted awful. But again after receiving the food we never saw anyone again. At this point we were just ready to leave after not even touching the food, had to ask someone to please get our waitress. She said she would asked to have the noodles taken off, which they were not. Wasn’t given the opportunity to speak with a manager, but from other reviews it seems as if nothing is taken off anyway. No care for the customer at this...

We have been a couple of times, service is always wonderful. Our first time, our server did warn us that the sushi rolls tend to take a bit longer. Knowing that, we put in our order for 2 rolls right away, then figure out the rest of our order. (We usually order 6-10 rolls depending on what entrees we get) I tried their calamari last visit, I didn't love it,nothing was wrong with it, just wasn't what I was expecting. It had a mild sauce, which was nice. But it was served on lettuce, so I think that threw me off. But, that did give me the chance to have their fried rice, that was definitely different than any other fried rice we have ever had. I couldn't identify what made it so different, but it was really good. Much better than the Hibachi fried rice we had the day before. They do have a picture menu, that was absolutely no help, everything looked so dang delicious it made us want even more..lol All of the rolls came out looking beautiful like the pictures (I did not look for the calamari) This has quickly become a go to place for us when we are in the area.
