I took my vehicle in under its own power with a loss of power it would drive fine but did not have passing power I was told that it was my injectors after replacing my injectors which cost over $1,900 it still was not it then they told me it was my oil pump and cooler then they replaced oil pump and cooler and it still did not fix the problem that was around 1,900 more then they told me that I had a broke Branch tube and even showed me a picture of a cracked tube would not at that time give me a quote to repair so under that assumption that it would cost at least $3,000 more to repair it I used the little money I had to fix another vehicle it remained in their parking lot for over a year during this year they left the top part of my motor exposed allowing a dirt-dobber to make nest in one of my injectors that was exposed when I retrieve my vehicle and he finally give me a quote it was higher than a Ford dealership quote I took the vehicle to another local shop where they found it was just a $700 repair the old pressure valve by the pump but because I dirt diver had lived in an injector I was to replace that as well I found out at that point that I had purchased the exact same injector they claim that they put in for $80 less than what they charge me for the exact same injectors they charge 288 per injector I only had to pay 208 with the new shop it became evident that they double their price on everything they do including a turbo seal kit it sounds technical but in reality is only at 8 to $9 part which they charge $66 for their mechanic also broke everything he could when he was going into my motor compartment my shroud my radiator and my wire loom and my wiring harness to my injectors they replaced my wire harness to my injectors with a used wiring harness off of an old motor they had that is their fix taking old parts off of old motors that they and put it on your vehicle I was upset with this that had to be fixed because it was also an in problem when the new mechanics try to repair I had to repay for them to completely reassemble the motor just to test it to figure out what was really wrong with it and at that time I also found my Sikkim was not the one that went on my early model 03 the early model of threes and the later-model hole threes have a different ficm for people that don't know they will not work so I had to order a new one and they refused at this shop to replace or pay back any of the money that I had paid them I believe they are glorified parts replacers and no more you pay them to learn how to work on your vehicle they are not certified in Ford diesel mechanic work at all to my knowledge and to what I hav I also ask them to give me a bulletproof EGR they did not give me a bulletproof EGR they give me a delete which is illegal in the state of Florida and in the federal government EPA regulations when I asked for a new EGR to be replaced on my vehicle all he could offer me where's a used one and any diesel person with a sick Sonos you do not pity used EGR on your vehicle it is it guaranteed failure waiting to happen this is another cost that is out of my pocket they tried to do this to think that it would help cover up the fact that they put injectors in my vehicle that were not required don't ever go here unless you are rich and just feel like throwing your money away this is your...

I got extremely fast service. My truck was In and out in about 3 hours. The staff seems to enjoy their work. The technicians appear to be highly qualified, competent and professional. I feel I paid a fair price for the services I received. I got an honest diagnosis. I didn't get any sales pressure for work I didn't need now. Great big shout out to Shawn the Owner and Jamie and young Shawn. I had been driving all night from Bradenton Florida headed non stop to West Monroe Louisiana when my Jeeps front end had what could of been a catastrophic situation arise. My track bar pivot points bolt driver side lost its nut and was still there bit I was in a bind and needed help asap. I limped in an immediately Jamie got me on lift and surveyed what was needed. Within less than 20 minutes they found the correct nut singled her down and I was good to go! I tried paying them because I had expected to. But they wouldn't take payment , they wished me safe travels to West Monroe. We live in a World where this kind treatment seems rare.
