I have been a builder for almost 40 years and have designed and built everything from custom homes, churches, covered bridges, Tiny homes, log cabins, commercial buildings, brick shit houses and even casinos from Florida to California, dealt with many suppliers from coast to coast and even worked in the lumber industry in Maine in the woods and in a dimensional saw milll mill ( Pinkham Lumber/ JD Irving / Georgia pacific/ wearhauser ) You get the picture This is one of the best small local businesses I have ever seen, the guys in the yard are top notch along with the gals inside, their prices are even better then Lowe’s or Home Depot. The owner has done a great job of creating a hometown business with everything you could ever need and if they don’t have what your looking for they can get it for you. I purchased mobile home anchors that are supposed to use a industry standard size bolt. The bolts don't fit the anchors they sold me. I made them aware of this which helped them out because they had no clue there product was faulty so they don't sell anymore to unknowing customers like myself. The anchors are cemented Into the ground. So the answer I was given was to install the bolts incorrectly because they felt it should be good enough. Like these things aren't responsible for keeping a mobile home anchored to the ground. So I have to file ny hand the sqaure holes large enough to except the bolts. Find it very telling the lack of concern about my family's safety. Didn't offer any refund or discount. Just screw you install our faulty product we don't care if it works...

They have a great selection and the staff is very friendly. A lot of “Do-it-best” hardware stores I have been to has someone coming after you to help you right when you walk in and you just want to browse, but they want to personally hand you some product off the shelf. These guy’s have a great balance of helping you when you ask and just letting you look around and shop.
