One of the absolute worst places to receive or send mail. It seems not only that packages from multiple retailers get delayed, but mail cannot or will not be delivered as it should. Frequently mail is rerouted to a different town altogether after it has arrived in Bonifay. I’ve had this happen to me multiple times since moving here and when you speak to a “representative” about this, all they will say is “we are delivering to you everything that comes in. Yeah right! Many many issues with mail delivery not just by me but with my neighbors along with packages. Front desk people are always very nice but the manager lady is very rude and condescending.
