If I could give a zero star rating I would. I have given these people multiple chances, and today my goodness. These people were entirely rude about 8 months back when I tried to get some tires put on my truck. Just because I didn't buy the tires from them, they gave us the biggest attitude, and made it seem like they had to schedule me in for weeks in advance. Well I ended up just going down the street because you know, there's another tire shop in the town thank God. Well today I went ahead and just stopped by with my other truck, just to see about giving them another chance on getting a quote on new tires.. I walked into the office, greeted with the most ugliest look from the woman that wasn't even behind the counter.. she was sitting at a desk in the back, didn't even stand up. She looked at me and kind of just shrugged at me like what am I doing there? I told her I needed some tires, she rudely began to start asking questions, almost like she was confused on why I didn't know all the info about what tires I had, what tires I needed and all that, when all I was looking at was for pricing on my tire. I wouldn't give these people the time of day, let alone spending $1 for any scrap of freaking rubber from these people.

**And I almost forgot to mention, when I was standing in the office and she started acting rude, I just told her you know what never mind, I hope you have a nice day and began to walk out to my truck. At that time, she began to stream so loud it sounded like a hyena and a pterodactyl had a baby, and that was it's offspring. This is crazy people activities..(she reminded me of a hardcore liberal going after people that's trying to ban abortion) I can tell you this though, she might want to be careful screaming like that at random people, I'm a forgiving type of person but there's people out there that's not so forgiving.

Awful place quoted my husband $100 to put his tires on husband gets there drop the truck off for them to switch out the tires and put new tires on my husband goes down to the auto parts store couple doors down and when he gets back to son's tires the guy is upset because my husband didn't leave his keys for him to switch tires out not sure why he needs my husband's truck keys to be able to put tires on a truck but I'm not a mechanic or a tire shops guys so I'm not really sure well my husband explained to him that you didn't need the keys and then magically it goes from 100.00 to $110 and they stole our tires pretty positive after you get done swapping out tires that it's up to the owner of said tires whether or not to leave it with the tire shop tire shop this time apparently took it upon themselves just keep the tires perfectly good tires I guess so they can turn around and sell it to someone else definitely will not be back at this place. I will definitely be calling up there when they're open tomorrow to be calling about my tires that they decided that they wanted to just keep without permission to keep from the owner of said tiresif they do not return my said tires to us then I'm probably going to have to report them for theft since it was not their tires to take and since my husband told them that they cannot keep them that he would be taking them back with him that he just needs them to put on new tires and he would be taking the old tires back home with him do not recommend this place if I could give zero Stars I would I do not condone businesses that wants to steal from their customers and I'm glad my husband did not give them the keys to the truck to swap out tires because there's no telling what else would...

I mean they were really nice but they put a bad used tire on my car. It didn't hold air for more than 24 hours. I understand that there's no guarantee with a used tire but I wasn't told that before the tire was put on and I don't know anything about cars. Not only that but I feel like y'all should be able to tell if the tire is good or not or do some kind of maintenance before you put it on someone's vehicle and charge them for it. I was on the road with two small children and I'm a female so I had to drive with a bad tire. When I called to try to explain the situation she said there's nothing she could do because it's no guarantee cuz of a used tire. Again I get this but it would have been nice to know about this.
