I've been going here since last July 2022, I can honestly say.. they have some of the best people here, my Dr." , Dr Susanna Gaikazian a hematologist/oncologist is wonderful, she definitely is busy and you may wait when seeing her but when she gets to you.. you have her full attention,she listens, gives opinion and listens to any concerns or problems your experiencing taking that into consideration..thank you Dr.G, I feel I'm getting the best care possible and I appreciate it more than you know, the nurses are all nice and professional, some being sweeter than others but that's a personality thing and the fact they do there job well is what matters most.. the front check-in and working in back that I've seen the most since day one going here, are awesome ( Tyler, Brea, Trevanna ) anytime I've spoke with them or a couple others they have been so great, customer care is obvious, Maria in the back and at checkout has always been wonderful as well ... Hannah is so kind and puts you at ease in the infusion area, Mrs Mary Alice is careful and there making sure everything is going correctly..in general if you need specialized care the Florida Cancer Specialists & Research is the place to go ... This particular one across from Coconut Pointe and the Lee Hospital is a easy to access parking area and a beautiful building with coffee or fill up your water bottle while waiting... you can go there knowing you'll receive the best...

Coming in the front door and being greeted by the very nice reception staff makes me happy ! sitting down waiting to be called back to the Lab by a very familiar lady always is another good experience. Going i to the Chemo room and seeing all the nurses and volunteers ready to make me feel special and comfortable! Well it’s not a Spa ! but the staff is very accommodating and i can dream!! I do like everyone at this location and as much as i don’t like what brought me here I do enjoy my time with all these professionals . I also enjoyed my radiation technicians they were the best in their field too. Now my very wonderful Dr G. has won my admiration for ever and i am so very , very thankful for her education and experience and patience with me . She is above board in her field I would and have already recommended her She very definitely makes you feel safe and secure and positive during a very fragile time in life. The establishment is very clean and pleasant, which is important to me. Everyone at the center is very professional and caring. I especially like that blood can be taken and analyzed right there before the meeting with your doctor so that there's no extra appointments necessary. However, I find that too often, there's long wait times not so much to have your blood taken but to actually see your doctor. Last time, I waited over an hour and finally had to leave before seeing her. I deliberately work on a Saturday in order to be able to take a day off during the week to get all my professional appointments taking care of, so I require punctuality. Other than this one problem, I don't think I could ask for a better support group. I recently had a question after seeing my doctor, so I called and left a message. The very next day, her nurse called back with the answer. They seem to really go a step beyond and in fact that maybe the reason why my doctor is always late. She's very caring and...
