Culver’s — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. I have never written a review but my experience here was so incredibly disappointing that I feel obligated to say something. I placed a curdside pickup order a full hour in advance to ensure it'd be ready when I arrived. When I got there, the lot was completely empty, yet I still ended up waiting 18 minutes for my food. Not a single apology was offered when it was finally handed to me. Unfortunately, we didn't check the order at the restaurant we took it home. Once we opened the bags, it was just one issue after another. The ice cream was completely melted, like it had been sitting out the whole time. The water bottle was missing. One burger was supposed to come with "the works" (pickles, ketchup, mustard, raw onions), and instead came with pickles, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce but no onions. Another burger was ordered with pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, and grilled onions and instead came with just ketchup, mustard, and raw onions no lettuce, and wrong onions. A third burger was supposed to have just grilled onions, and it came with no onions at all. On top of that, we were shorted on a medium fry, getting a small instead. The fries were chewy and stale, and the burgers were dry, chewy, and tough to eat. The gluten-free bun looked questionable possibly even starting to mold, which is absolutely unacceptable especially since they charge an extra $2. And to top it all off, they forgot the straw for one of our drinks. I don't know what happened in that kitchen, but it felt like no one cared at all about what they were doing. This wasn't just a minor mistake it was a total failure across the board in quality, accuracy, and service. I left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and a little sick to my stomach. The one on corkscrew is a way better option. I will never return to...

We have eaten here 3 times since they opened last month (in large part due to having no electricity after Hurricane Milton). The first time my husband and I both got the burger, fries, and drinks. It was very good. The place was very clean, staff friendly, and accomodating. The second time I got the fish sandwich which was tasty but rather skimpy. My husband got the chicken tenders which were very good and nice sized. We both got a double scoop custard. It was like a thin milkshake, melted, which would have been better eaten with a straw than a spoon. A total waste of money for over $14.00. I would have preferred it if they would have told us the machine wasn't working correctly. Our third visit my husband ordered the fish meal which I highly recommend. The cole slaw that came with it was creamy, not dry. Both his fries and mine were lukewarm. The manager working on our last visit (didn't catch her name but a tall, thin dark haired woman) wasn't exactly rude but not helpful and when we and an employee asked her a question about an item on the menu she just shook us off with a one word answer and turned her back on us. It's people such as this that make you think you'd rather spend your $ at somewhere like Chick-fil-a where you're treated with courtesy. And...3 or 4 weeks after they open the custard machine is out of order. I may go back or I might not but doubt I would frequent the place often....and we had so looked forward to them opening at this...

I saw the bad reviews before I tried this place out but I wanted to give it a chance, I also wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt because it is a new location but the way this store runs just is not okay. I wasn’t going to leave a review, but when I got the notifications on if I wanted to review my service here and saw a review was deleted I knew I had to leave one so people know what their walking into. A company that deletes negative reviews and has employees leave reviews to make their company look good leaves a disgusting taste in my mouth and the only reason I have knowledge that the employees of this location left reviews to make this store look good (which is qualified as conflict of interest) is because Alayna the manager serviced me the night I came in. Who knows what other employees left 5 stars to make them looks good… leaves me absolutely sick...
