Wilford & Lee — Local services in Bonita Springs

I have been going into Wilford & Lee for years now; both the Bonita Springs and the Fort Myers locations. They always have the most beautiful costal selection of home décor that it keeps me returning. I am writing this review specifically about one of the Bonita Springs employees that always takes the time to assist me, answer questions, and provide friendly customer service. PattyAnn always takes the time to say "hello", answer my questions, or help me find what I'm looking for. Both locations (Fort Myers & Bonita) and a huge selection of amazing items- but I always know that I'll get a warm friendly greeting from PattyAnn at the Bonita Springs location. I bought this beautiful Xmas tree snow globe 1 year ago. (November 2020) I used it for approximately 45 days & loved it. I Brought it out this year & found that the motor makes a very loud annoying sound. It completely takes away from the beauty & serenity of this Xmas decor. It was fairly expensive. They wouldn’t return or replace it & didn’t know how to fix it. They said many of their pieces have a loud motor & implied it was “normal”. I would not recommend these pretty but expensive & poor quality pieces. I was surprised at their reaction to this as I have shopped there a lot & mostly found good service otherwise. This should be a beautiful, quiet piece of art...

The Bonita Springs store is amazing as it is filled with unique, high quality items for the home. I don’t usually post ratings but this store requires an exception. I accidentally broke an expensive glass item and they were only concerned about my personal safety without the “you broke it, you bought it” attitude that is so common today. This store reminds me why I’d rather shop at locally owned stores over the impersonal box stores that all have the same merchandise. Wilford & Lee...
