Benham Street Grill — Restaurant in Bonne Terre

I have tried several times to eat here. I always hear about the great food from people who eat there BUT.. the hours aren't always correct.... and when it IS open... there is a hard time getting in to eat because its crazy busy... which I would assume was a good thing but its only busy because its only open certain days and times...which I cannot figure out because they do not have a sign for hours/days of operation. I would LOVE to be able to eat here and change this bad rating but unfortunately until someone answers the phone and can give me a time and day its open.... it will stay...

I have eaten there several times and they have great food. This isn't a fast food place, it can take a while to get your food especially if they are crowded. Most of the time it is a seat yourself restaurant. The last couple Times we have been there it has taken over 15 mins for someone to come to the table and wait on us. This was made worse by the fact there were 3 people standing around the bar just talking. The final visit I sat 20 mins before I got up and left without service and the staff just looked at me as I walked...

Food is always good no complaints. But a couple of the servers are completely terrible and most of the time the service sucks. Also my last experience the server was very rude and confronted me when I said the service sucked. She slammed our drinks down when asked for refills. She paid no attention to her tables and didnt care to be there. The owner wont do anything...
