Ordered a few hats for a golf trip. When they arrived they didn’t have nearly enough contrast and are very disappointing. I contacted Fancy Fanny and was asked to send a picture of the hat which I did. I was told the patch wasn’t clear in the picture (I took picture in a well lit room from two feet away, the picture wasn’t the problem) and they asked me to take a close up picture of the hat. Which I did and sent over. I have received no response. After about a week I followed up via email and messenger. Still no response. Followed up again when my email pinged me with a follow up suggestion. Still no response. Below is a screenshot of the mock up on the website and a couple of photos of what was actually received.
