I ordered a special online, said an hour wait which was fine. The delivery guy gets here hands me the pizza and wings (forgot I ordered breadsticks until he was gone) so I look at the pizza and it’s the wrong pizza, then realized I got someone else’s pizza when I looked at it because I looked at the paper. So I call and the guy asked what I ordered and I told him, his response “Ok, but what did YOU order.” I said I already told him and then I told him whose pizza I got, said he would call the delivery guy and I’d have the right pizza. I got the right pizza, but no breadsticks. And then the delivery guy says “I’ll be back with your breadsticks in a bit.” IN A BIT??? So I’m gonna be waiting another hour for what I ordered that should have been right the first time??? DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH DELIVERY. It’s terrible service. The pizza is good and the wings are ok I guess. Won’t be ordering from there...

Terrible kitchen and delivery service. Placed an online order for the nightly special. At the end of the order the estimated time of arrival was 6:51pm. At 7:09pm I placed a call to inquire about the order and was told that it was in route. Waited around and at 7:22 we called again to report that it hadn't been delivered and to check if the order had even been processed. We were told that they couldn't tell us what he had ordered but it should arrive very shortly. Again we waited and at 7:35 we received a call and were now told that we had ordered for takeout.. How could that be if my order had been in route for delivery for 26 minutes? Doesn't seem like the people working the kitchen have a clue what's going on!! There is a red haired older woman that works here who is constantly rude to customers I've been here several times she's rude disrespectful and acts like she is queen of the world and everyone else is here to serve her. She was very rude to my fiance today when she came in to pick up a door dash and my fiance was extremely frustrated about it because she actually has customer service skills and didn't want to lash out at the self serving redheaded woman because the woman was so rude even another worker had to intervene.
