Let me just re cook my food they couldn't make right the 1st time.... AND the second time. I specifically asked for burnt, charred, crispy fajitas. Multiple times I specified this.
Came home with the to go order to fajitas that looks like the first picture..... There is absolutely no flavor in these fajitas as well. To top it off. The chips were extremely stale. I had to reheat those in the air fryer to make them crispy. I am now in the process of heating up my fajitas in a Teflon bowl to try to mimic what they should have done with the cast iron skillet to get the crispiness. When I asked my boyfriend to potentially take off some money or maybe give us the second fajitas for free they said no. Also keep in mind we had to take back the original order of fajitas and drive back to the restaurant and take time out of our day for their first initial mistake. Their first initial mistake was not corrected. I came back the second time, looked at the food and said this is not done correctly either. The only thing they offered was an apology.
I think for spending $20 for fajitas, coming back multiple times to try to fix the order something would be done to satisfy the customer. Nothing was comped. We will obviously not be returning...
Read moreWe just left this restaurant, which we have been to many many times since they opened. We ate there at least 4 times in 4 days when they first opened. Since then we have been back multiple times. If we were going out to eat, that was where we were going. Everything was great, the Wonderful Woman that was at the cash register was so friendly & kind. We loved her. Apparently our waiter hated us. He is who we have always had. It has been either him or the amazing gray haired woman. But back to our waiter, my aunt visiting from Texas went to pay & the woman checking her out was about to offer her a rose, when our waiter walked up & spoke to her in Spanish. After which she gave my aunt a funny look & put the rose back. My aunt didn't think anything of it & was just a little confused. The woman working told her that she was sorry her English wasn't very good, my Aunt let her know that it doesn't matter, & she just appreciated her kindness. The woman proceeded to pull up a translation app & typed "I'm sorry I could not offer you a rose, he just told me that your table was not nice." I am not sure what we did to make that man feel as though we were not nice other than ask for a few extra napkins, but needless to say, they have lost...
Read moreI ordered online at 12:58 pm. The time said 25 minutes. When I arrived at 1:30, the attendee was surprised I was there. When I notified her I had an online order, she proceeded to the back to check- she didn’t say another word to me. I sat there for 35 MORE minutes before I left. At minute 20 (after I arrived) I saw food brought out to an empty table for carry out. The attendee was checking groups out….but I thought— Hey, surely she see me still here and remember me, right? That’s a no. 15 minutes after that, a waiter see’s me sitting- looks at the table, and puts 2 and 2 together, I finally receive my food- cold and mushy- while the attendee continued to stand behind her computer. Listen, I don’t complain, but I am now. Your food is AMAZING but becoming more aware of your customers is necessary. At least I got to talk to some nice...
