Dollar General — Local services in Bosque Farms

Horrible experience. My daughter and i went in and she had found alot of items on the 75 percent off. The cashier started ringing them up my daughter told her that they were in the 75 percent off basket. The cashier started ringing up them taking it off. All of a sudden she said i cant do this you have to many things and my line is getting long. So she she said sorry just cant do it and took her sack and put behind her. The other woman working just stood there and was very rude when we were leaving she said loudly have a nice night and not in a nice way. One thing i do not understand is why wasnt our order important but the other customers were more important. It was very embarrassing also because they both were refusing to wait on us. I had 3 sale items and i had said i have sale items also and she told me oh i can do yours since you have just three. First store ive ever saw refuse to ring up someone for buying to much. Needless to day i didnt purchase mine. Since my daughter was treated so badly for buying to much. Very weird i think. If she doesnt know how to ring up sale items fast enough to wait on all customers in a timely manner, she needs alot more training. This was at 5:15 pm Tuesday at Bosque Farms NM store. I have seen these two cashiers working at another dollar general in our area sometimes. If i am ever shopping in the other one and either one of them is there i will leave and not...

Edit: I noticed some of your reviews are dumb and seem like you're just mad at someone in the store. The coleslaw makes no sense considering no one names James works at this location. I've been going here for quite some time and the store is always clean since the new manager is there. The "unfriendly and non existent customer service" is complete b.s. The gift cards are NOT already redeemed, that's not how gift cards work, some of you have tried scamming and stealing from the store (you gift card person who doesn't have their real name on the account, you know who you are, I was there when you tried to scam two $100 gift cards and they gave it to you.) Be real about reviews, you just hurt the store because of your own situation because you stole or because you TRIED...

The white manager with purple in her hair is extremely rude and unprofessional. The fact she even has a manager title is questionable. She’s clearly racist and i tried to get corporates number and she said she didn’t have it and wouldn’t provide one or anybody higher up to speak to. She wouldn’t provide her name even. Forgot my ID when buying spray paint for a bike restoration project me and my little brother are working on. Had my bf go in to buy it for me and she immediately called the cops and screamed at him in front of the store. She’s constantly smoking outside and because she’s racist she fears more than 3 people coming in at night so she’ll let elderly or whoever wait outside because she ultimately doesn’t like working/doing her job.
