We have always had outstanding customer service from ActionRV, but none like last week. We had a trip planned to go to the Rose Bowl Parade in Pasadena, CA. On Christmas morning we started to hook-up our 5th wheel for the trip. As we engaged the king pin and started to lower the RV, our landing legs wouldn’t function, neither up/down. The legs are hydraulic and don’t have a manual crank. Being Christmas morning I didn’t expect to get any service; but I tried a call to ActionRv to see if I could get some direction over the phone. I left a message on the cell phone line. Within the hour I received a call from owner Mark Podeyn. He asked several questions. He then responded that he was just about to set down for breakfast but he would be over in about an hour. Total shock! I never expected onsite service on Christmas Day. Mark was there in about an hour with his tool bag and test equipment. Mark diagnosed a defective switch, went to the shop got the switch and replaced it. Thanks to Mark’s dedication to outstanding customer service, we were on our way to the Rose Bowl Parade within 2 hrs. of our intended departure time. How many RV service centers would make a service call on Christmas? Thank You Mark for making our Christmas.

I provided them with a copy of my service agreement and Debbie interfaces with the provider and ensures that all repairs fall within the agreement and manages the financial coverage. We had a great experience at Action RV. Mark and Debbie were knowledgable, courteous and thoughtful. We were in need of service on our Winegard Satellite Antenna. Our motorhome and Sat antenna were new but we had been without service for more than two weeks while we had been travelling. We had contacted Winegard and they gave us the names of three authorized service centers in the Albuquerque area. We randomly selected Action RV and called on a Tuesday. We were planning to be in Albuquerque on Wednesday for about a week. Debbie suggested we come to their place of business Wednesday morning rather than getting set up at an RV park and then have to get packed up to travel to their place of business. Debbie was very thoughtful to offer us that option and it certainly saved us time getting the system up and running again. Upon our arrival, Mark promptly began diagnosing our problem and in rather short order found the problem. He was obviously sufficiently knowledgable with the system to diagnose and fix the issue. We travel with two dogs. Debbie and Mark allowed us to bring the dogs in their facility while Mark worked in the motorhome - very courteous and thoughtful. They also gave us some good advise on a campground at which to stay in the Albuquerque area. Recently I was asked to take part in an APD Officer Appreciation Day. It was an honor to be asked. It would come with some challenges to create the best golf experience to the officers, their families, and the general public. I wanted to find a way to power my lap top, big screen tv, fan, camera, and iPhone with portability and most importantly, reliability. When I pictured this set up, it looked more like I needed to prepare as a camper. ActionRV has always had a great reputation and I was ready to find out why. My experience with working with Mark, Debbie and the ActionRV team didn't disappoint. Their expertise and creativity helped me create a portable battery with 700watt inverter and solar panels was beyond my expectations. This experience has allowed me to connect, understand even more with the culture of camper/connectors.
