Teriyaki Express — Restaurant in Bosque Farms

We went to eat for dinner took our food home and while eating I found a worm in my rice. I called no answer so the next day I called and the owner asked me to take in a picture of the worm which I did then decided that it couldn't be from his food. I asked for a full refund on all my meals because we had spent $70.00 for out family to eat and non of us could eat our food after knowing there was a worm in the rice which he refused and said he could not do that and that theres no verafication that its from his food. Also that i should of saved all tge plates and took them in the next day. Ill definitely remember that for next time but i do feel even if i did he still would have not refuned my meals and he only wanted to refund one plate of rice for $6 at the beginning. He is very rude and definitely a horrible business owner. I tired to do it the right way which he didn't take appreciation too so I feel that I should let people know check ur food before u eat and also keep all plates if u do not eat it all. So that u have the proof yet even then he most likely will deflect. WARNING...

Update (7/8/22) -- Unfortunately we are DISAPPOINTED!!! While they do have good food and USED to be cost friendly, after this evening, we will not be back. Three dinners used to be about $31-32, now it's $51. We'll pick-up Panda going forward as we cannot afford to support local business at this high $$ rate. I had a bad experience previously but I returned hoping for a better one but when I reached the counter the same guy as before was at the counter and he asked me “why did you come back if you rated us one star ,why come back for this “to which I replied it wasn’t the food my guy it was you !
