Gathering Stitches — Local services in Bosque Farms

Took my machine for repair as they are an authorized Husqvarna dealer. The older lady I spoke with was rude, which should have been a clue. They had my machine two weeks, never touched it, then said a basic part (cutting blades) were on back order after telling me they were on the way, being told this after 10 days or so when I called. Didn’t seem to care one bit that I drove four hours round trip (with drop off and pick up) which equals a whole tank of gas, to never have even started on my machine. No one called to update me unless I called first. I do not recommend this shop. I will take my machine back to Farmington for service. I was hoping a place closer to ABQ would work. Horrible service, no one cared. The gals in the front were visiting and didn’t want to mess with helping people. Acted like I was bothering them during their visiting. Hopefully the owners see this as I know as a business owner, you work hard to build a business and I never dealt with the owners. Won’t be back here again. Please have your employees put forth some effort, be nice to customers, and keep them informed of their machines in for service.

This little quilt shop is one of the best small town shops I've seen that stands firmly in both MODERN quilting and Modern Traditional.

Shop has excellent mix of modern fabric and more traditional designs. I was impressed by the variety of modern samples hanging amiably with more traditional quilt samples on the walls.

The notions are decently stocked for a small shop but the thread selection is both thin and dusty.

I saw a sizable and pleasant space for classes in the back. Hopefully quilters will be able to assemble again in the near future for classes and guild meetings here!
