I'm pretty frustrated that there is a lack of customer service and follow through. I left a pair of gloves that hold a lot of meaning for me accidentally at the register. I called to let them know I left them and that I would be back in TWO DAYS because I can't drive my car... they confirmed they had them and got my name... I walk there in 17 degrees cold for 45 minutes today and NO GLOVES!! The employee and the owner were dismissive. I've heard trifling reasons why folks choose not to come here and yet I still came. I'm all set moving forward. the inability of the staff to communicate btw shifts is disheartening yet common. I'll bring my business elsewhere....

The next day we were all broken out in hives it’s been 1 week and I’m still covered in hives it’s itchy and bumping and there are variations of this happening all over our bodies.
