What. A. Scam.

If you tip your driver, DO IT IN CASH OR THIS PLACE ROLLS IT INTO THE DELIVERY CHARGE THE DRIVER NEVER SEES.

I am visiting family for their birthday and ordered food from here online. I chose the option FROM their site that said restaurant recommended, directly from them.

Cool. Til it wasn't. When I added everything up and went to add tip, they do it based off of the final total of the tax AND delivery charge AND subtotal! What the what?!

So I gave the driver* a tip based off of the subtotal like a normal person. Ring ring, the restaurant calls me and asked me to TELL her the number since her computer is....broken. We were hungry, so I did, but I should've just cancelled the order.

I get the order and we don't get a menu as asked for and they ADDED the tip to the delivery charge and scammed the driver! And me! And they gave us food we didn't order. I had kids and they were excited for chicken fingers and they gave us some random combo meal. The restaurant called ME to scam ME and change the order to screw the driver.

I have lived in Boston all my life and have never had a place scam me til this place. Yum Yums they aren't!🫩

Read your receipts y'all.

I have a mind to just call my bank and dispute this whole charge, but my family enjoyed the food. I sure as heck WON'T be ordering from here again. EVER!

It was so unnecessary with the duplicity of scamming customers and drivers, for MORE than I ordered and so the bill was $3 more than I ordered!

See online receipt vs what I got. I saw the receipt when the driver handed it to me and was PISSED.

This place hasn't seen morals and doesn't deserve our community...

I had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant, and I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed it! One of the standout features was their flexibility with ordering; they allow you to place your order right up until the very last minute. This is a wonderful option, especially for those who like to take their time deciding or for anyone who might be dining in a larger group with varying tastes.

The food itself is absolutely amazing. Each dish is crafted with care and bursting with flavor, showcasing the rich and diverse culinary traditions of Chinese cuisine. From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was delicious and cooked to perfection.

In addition to the fantastic food, the customer service was truly outstanding. The staff were not only friendly and welcoming but also attentive and eager to ensure that we had a wonderful dining experience. They made us feel right at home.

Another impressive aspect was the generous portion sizes; they really give you so much food! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount we received, making it a great value for the quality of the dishes. If you're looking for an exceptional meal, you absolutely must come here. It’s undoubtedly the best Chinese food I've ever had, and I can't wait to return for another...

So I previously made a review about Chan sea that was 5 stars. Which all the food and service at that time was great. We decided to order over the weekend and try some more items as it’s under new management and the food was better. We ordered chicken wings well done (they were not well done) crab ragoon (delicious) boneless spare ribs ( very fatty and could have been cooked longer) vegetable fried rice(was ok) salt and pepper shrimp( wasn’t not fried enough and there was not a salt and pepper taste. Just fried with peppers and I think garlic. Even the peppers were different.) egg rolls (great) and Singapore rice noodles ( the shrimp and this was the biggest disappointment.
