Pure Oasis Cannabis Dispensary — Local services in Boston

This dispensary has good prices BUT the problem is if you put in a order for the items that are on sale. It's never there when you go to pick it up. Today I placed an order for 3 items. I received the 1st message that my order was received. I never got the order saying my order was ready. I picked the 1st time slot available. I waited another 30mins and decided to just go pick it up because in the past they have done this before. I get there my order wasn't filled and the sale item was "soldout". The place was empty. It had only been open for 1 hour and 20mins. The 2 guys behind the counter didn't even make an attempt to acknowledge the order. The young lady was super nice and tried to get the manager but that was after I spoke up and said this happens often and I don't want to come back. Either the staff is buying it up before the public or they're lying. And even if the product sells off before pick up. At least have common decency to alert the customer. The manager was trying to give me extra points but when the young lady said she's not coming back. She says Oh nevemind and walks away. I don't care about your little points. It's about how you manager your team. Because they were all just standing around talking. Not filling orders because mine was put in before...

UPDATED REVIEW: even though the store itself is very cooperate the selections options has GREATLY CHANGED OVER THE LAST few years to become pretty varied....they have a 4/$20 1g pre roll deal and the selection varies but usually includes some great choices of higher potency strains. And I feel their rewards points system is one of the best offered in the area. I save mine up and usually after just a few purchases I end up with a free order. I LOVE the staff here too. They are always super friendly, knowledgeable of their products and sales and they remember regulars and while this isn't my favorite dispensary in the state it's definitely in my top 3 and definitely one of my tops in Boston mostly because of the staff and the vibes you get in there that are much different than most other ones where I feel like I'm in a Drs office looking all sterile or maybe jail getting buzzed in after handing your ID to someone in a glass box and boring as hell and most of the staff at other locations are less then helpful and semi have attitudes and don't know crap about what they are selling and it's like ummmm y'all are selling weed please be happy I don't wanna be out in a bad mood...

Started going once they opened and business has remained relatively the same. Most of the staff I recall working there have left or were ‘let go’ so that’s a downer. Prices I will have to say are a bit over the edge even for a rec place. There is another rec location that offers better prices and even weekly deals that this location does not. On occasion I’ve had staff tell me misleading information or not even be specific about certain products availability. I was even more disappointed recently when I saw a certain product being listed for 2.50 cents and because I cannot pre order(another downside) I had to go in and find out at the register that those products were only priced that way if you meet a certain price point in the store. I think that this location is a huge money grab, taking advantage of the urban community appeal and selling unfairly priced product. Product that is actually outsourced from medical stores. I wish that this location can actually get better in year 2 of their opening. I had so much faith in this location as life long community member but sadly, I’m losing faith.
