Sun Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I and my family love this fast food restaurant a lot that they had memorized our address without telling them during an order placement. Most of the foods I had ordered there so far were great. Supreme Pasta and Pizza, so as the Vergie one. Grilled chicken sandwich and the salad, steak and cheese, calzone, spaghetti and meatballs, etc. Compared to other fast food pizzas, theirs is one of the best. It's not made with sour raw sauce, but well done and appetizing. The usual kind I love to order is the supreme pizza itself. Which it's so addictive that I find it hard to save the rest peices for another day. Everything generally are delicious. Literally the worst experience I've ever had. I called this place to make an order at 5:30pm they said 45 minutes to deliver which is the first red flag being i Literally live 5 minute walk from the pizzeria. So at 6:55pm I called them back to ask for an update and was told that they delivery person had left 15 mnts ago and should be arriving in 15 minutes which is the second red flag, remember I just live 5 minutes away. So long story short I called them back at 7:55pm and they had no idea what was going on. They couldn't reach the delivery driver and just kept giving me the runaround. Please do not eat from this place I just ordered from GrubHub. I called ahead of time soon as my order was accepted. I spoke with the lady she said she’s a manager. I asked her to please do not make my food until the driver is close. She argued on the phone with me for approximately 12 minutes explaining that the food is already fix. Only thing I was asking is for her to make my fries later I do not want cold food. I guess she forgot that I paid for this and that’s my money !!!!and I’m buying from them.
