Grove Hall Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

This was a good place to eat at one point, but the new crop of employees are bringing the place down with their rude, unprofessional behavior. They're brazen, they're loud, and they look at anyone they're not familiar with with disdain, something you SHOULD NOT do as a small business. Honestly, don't go to this restaurant unless you enjoy ratchet behavior with your pizza...

I'm still a patron...they make great Pizza's. I ordered more before the new management but overall I know thier pizza and pasta dishes are good. Can't go wrong with the burgers and also their subs but I'm more privy to having my toppings actually on the top, especially on hot subs like a steak and cheese due to the sogginess and it makes the subs sloppy...that's just me though and trust me most Pizza shops get it wrong but when I ask they usually take heed and pride in my orders. So I had a bad experience where I Ordered meatball sandwich. The sandwich was delivered and it was a mess. I called to complain but got no results. I got in my car and brought the thrown together sandwich back and just got my money back. I called tonight to put in an order and was told that they could no longer deliver to my address. I have been black balled because I wanted my food correct. I must say this is why people go to the white establishments because if there is an issue they work with you not black ball you.
