I have had two facials at the CLT Method. The first was lovely, and my skin was glowing for days. I purchased products and scheduled my next appointment right away. For my second facial I still had a great experience, but it was a slight downgrade from my first facial. The woman was lovely, but she continuously pushed me to get derma plaining or a chemical peel, which is something I've been hesitant to do as I'm new to facials so adding additional services isn't something I'm wild about at the moment. At first she said that she wouldn't suggest a chemical peel during that appointment as she wasn't sure how my skin would react, but then later in the appointment she decided to do a "light chemical peel". My skin didn't react poorly, but I was a little confused why she changed the plan halfway through the treatment. At the end of the appointment I purchased two products and was talked into trying to book derma plaining with my next facial. However, when I went to book another Saturday appointment for the following month I was told that Saturdays are only opened up for special customers. This confused me since I'm trying to set up a schedule of monthly facials and have purchased products at each appointment thus far, so I don't know what more I need to do to qualify as a Saturday customer. The woman took down my personal information and said she would contact me, so I had to leave without any assurance that I would get an appointment next month. Unfortunately my work schedule doesn't leave me any availability for week day appointments, so I will sadly have to find another establishment. I was further confused when I checked the website this morning and the woman who claimed she didn't do Saturdays had several slots open on a Saturday in May. It might have been an issue with the booking website showing inaccurate availability, but it didn't make me feel much better since it now seems like she just didn't want to work with me. All in all, if you're looking for a fabulous facial with a bit of up-selling for services this is a great option, as the people here are very knowledgable. I acknowledge that my complaints may have been from a lack of communication on my part, but I would say if you're like me and have anxiety about being talked into services you aren't 100% ready for this might not be the right...

I visited CLT to seek some anti-aging treatment about 10 days ago. I am 52 years old and tired of seeing my nasolabial folds (laughing lines) every day in the mirror. During the 45-min session, Erica explained what she was doing and what I should expect while executing the four-stage procedure smoothly. Throughout, I felt I was in a pair of safe hands even though the process was not pain-free. 10 days later, I could clearly see a reduction of the folds.
