I ordered a Grubhub order from there and I would recommend to not order there ever to anyone that considers. I ordered three items, received the wrong food (ordered chicken and SNOW PEAS) and received chicken and vegetables. I requested a refund on grubhub and called the place to let them know I got the wrong order, they insisted I only ordered two things - the chicken lo mein and the egg rolls. They literally accused me of lying for the whole time I was on the phone and said I had to take it up with Grubhub not sending the right information. I hung up eventually cause I am not being told I am wrong when I offered to send them a screenshot of the order and even offered to drive there and show them. Guess what, I got a call back telling me they have magically found the order and see I ordered chicken and snow peas bit they were out of snow peas so they threw together vegetables and called it a day. Not once was I informed about that, nor did they apologize for calling me a liar. I told them I was done with them and they offered they would deliver rice to me since I have asked if it doesn’t automatically come with it. I declined since I was not going to do business with them anymore. Besides, I took a bite of their chicken in this whole vegetable thing and the chicken tasted bland, the “sauce” they have in this container is just water. I had no desire eating another piece of their food.

If I could I would give 0 stars, especially for customer service.

My boyfriend liked their lo mein that’s why I guess 1 star could be justified. But like I said, HORRIBLE customer service. Don’t come here unless you like bland food and awful...

The food was disgusting 🤮when I got home I almost threw up but luckily I didn't ok back the the food the food was horrible and yes like the other bad reviews the crispy pad Thai was so disappointing I almost didn't want it at all the chicken was so undercooked and dry and no spices I was there for an hour to wait for my food and I didn't want to wait for an hour for my food can be the most disgusting I ever even had I couldn't even smell it I had to pinch my nose every time I had to eat it and I only took little bites and yes I will never be eating this ever again that's probably why you can't even upgrade ur restaurant because people don’t even GO TO IT and that's embarrassing 😐 and the lemon to the crispy pad Thai was so dry it didn't even have the flavors and was so hard the noodles were super undercooked I had bad but not this bad to the point barely I would even want to work there and the place was so small my Claustrophobia was turned on and the atmosphere was super super bad I don't even want to talk about it🙄but I'm still here doing this review and wasting my time so this is the last I will see from you and this Is the last u will...

I was craving Chinese food and I went on grubhub and searched Chinese and saw this place and it had a rating of 5.0 on the app I decided to place my order. I ordered the pork fried rice with the chicken wing appetizer. It was BAD. DISGUSTING It had a weird taste to it. The chicken wing smelled weird too like I could smell it from outside the bag it wasn’t good smelling either if you ever smelled a live chicken be around a chicken coop you would know what I’m talking about. I’m beyond disgusted I just hope I don’t get sick.
