Food is good but service and space leave a lot to be desired.
Restaurant was completely empty and a good hour before the big rush and we were still forced to sit at a two top near two large parties with children. They’ve crammed everyone into 1/3 the space of the restaurant to make it look busier when there’s no need. By the time we left there were still 4+ tables empty where we went to sit and were forced to move from. I get it, put a sign up with a time period for not sitting at a larger table, works for major chains, but don’t be ridiculous about it. It was 8:30 and the restaurant was basically empty. Most of the cooks were sitting in the back eating breakfast that’s how empty it was.
Another problem was that they either no longer have non-dairy milk or the woman at the register doesn’t understand the concept. When we asked for soy or almond she said we “only have 2%.” So they’re either putting 2% in the skim and creamer pitchers or she doesn’t know what they have.
Basically, we won’t be back. Used to be great even when they were slammed. Now they can’t even handle it when the restaurant is...
Read moreHad a very poor experience here. Ordered and sat down, my wife had her burger brought to table relatively quickly. My buffalo wrap was right behind but took forever to make it to the table because the server was too busy talking to other staff. When it finally came it was very gristly and completely loaded with buffalo sauce (WAY too much, you shouldn't have a river of buffalo sauce running out of it as soon as you pick it up) and barely had any veggies. I couldn't eat it with how spicy it was, so I ordered a milk shake to help cut the spice. Again, took forever to get it despite no customers. When it arrived it hadn't even been blended properly, was gritty and tasted horrible. You'd think if you take ten minutes to make a shake you could at least blend it properly. I wasn't even able to finish my meal at this point so I left and got something to eat at 7eleven - the quality was...
Read moreI ordered two items for delivery via DoorDash. I ordered a Reuben & a BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad.
My order arrives and it’s not my order. My name isn’t Lauren. I used DoorDash, not Uber Eats. The restaurant mixed up orders and gave my DoorDash driver an Uber Eats order!
I called the restaurant and they acknowledged my order was still there. I asked for a refund or re-delivery. I figured this was a very reasonable request. I was wrong!
I was informed it was not their problem and there would be no refund. I did get my money back from DoorDash. I placed another order so I wouldn’t have to skip dinner.
They could’ve cared less about the issue. I did let them know I’d leave a one star review. They could’ve cared less. That tells me all I need to know about their customer service, food quality, and attitude.
If I could leave zero...
