I was able to test out as much furniture as I wanted before making a purchase, it was chill and I didn’t feel pressured to buy more or go for a more expensive product, and the selection was great. If I hadn’t picked up my purchases and been willing to assemble it myself, I could have scheduled delivery and installation for an additional charge per hour.
What I ended up buying was a Steelcase Leap V2 chair ($400), a Herman Miller(?) mobile pedestal ($150), and a Haworth Electric Desk ($350) from LCOF for my home office.
The chair and mobile pedestal I would describe as in “very good” condition. The Haworth desk was new. The way the desktop surface stored in their warehouse section meant the surfacetop got some grime on it. The worker with a Nottingham accent kindly and thoroughly cleaned it off. He also loaded the items into my vehicle for me.
Not sure what all of the payment methods they take are, but I know for a fact that they take card (I think they used a virtual Square “register”) and Venmo.
