Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Bound Brook

I have been a Cricket wireless customer for a number of years now & like many people, my phone is my personal & business lifeline. So, when my old Cricket phone finally died, I needed a replacement fast! I called up this store, asked what time they were open till & because I didn't have hundreds of dollars budgeted right now for a new phone, I went there with an older (non-Cricket) phone that I had. The young lady at the Cricket store somehow got this different phone I brought in working on the Cricket system within 15 minutes! & on top of that, she spent a good amount of her time trying to even get my contact list transfered to the new phone! She was absolutely WONDERFUL & went out of her way to help me out even when she didn't have to. It was one of the BEST customer service experiences I have ever had & as long as Cricket has employees like her, I will be a lifelong...

I went to the Bound Brook store to have my phone upgraded recently, however after driving 30 minutes, to my disappointment the store was closed during the business hours.
