I am out with daughter shopping for her upcoming senior high prom. Word of mouth, we were told to check out a boutique in Bowie that sells formal clothing for Proms, Galas, Weddings etc…I met the owner of Starrz Boutique (Mrs. Starlene) I was immediately impressed with her warm, energetic, and welcoming personality. She gave my daughter and I personalized attention that you rarely get when shopping. This being such a great milestone in my child’s life, we needed that care. She knew her merchandise so she was able to make suggestions that were on point. Not only for my daughter but I saw how she treated her other clients that were present. If the item was not in our size she quickly checked the warehouse to see if it was even possible to get it for us. She allowed us to document the occasion with pictures and video so we can make a thoughtful decision. We said “YES” to the dress at Starrz Boutique! Top Notch...

My daughter is a contestant in a pagent and on two separate occasions we experienced road blocks when trying to order a dress.

She fell in love with the Portia and Scarlett designs so due to her love of the designs, I decided to try one last time. I guess third time's a charm. On this occasion, I was able to speak to Starlene about our plight. The pagent is in two weeks and we need a dress.

Starlene was able to get the dress we wanted delivered to the store in one week. Thus giving us enough time for alterations.

Starr Boutique was my daughter and I 10th store hunting for the perfect prom dress. The 3rd dress my daughter looked at I’m this boutique it was like the angles open the door’s singing that’s the dress baby girl because they knew I was exhausted from looking at hundreds of other dresses.

Starr made us feel welcomed, she was attentive, and upbeat. When my daughter tried on the dress there was no doubt we found the one hidden gem, Starr your selection are AMAZING, and reasonably prices.
