Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Bowie

Umela was very rude. Sounded like she didn't want to make any ice cream. I ordered a premium oreo Sunday with sprinkles and a cherry on top. She said she cannot make it this way, because the sprinkles and cherry will be too much for the lid to close. Sprinkles and a cherry aren't much added volume to prevent a lid from closing. Anyways, we got a two scoop Sunday because she was to incompetent to understand that. She also doesn't speak very good English, but insisted on not letting us speak to the kid behind her who speaks perfect English. Once she handed us our order she had the audacity to tell us how we should order next time. Excuse me, but I'm the customer and your job is to listen to what I want and make it. This has been my go to Baskin Robbins all summer. The evening staff, a female and male, have always been friendly and courteous. I was serviced by a new female server last night that I'd not seen before. I had to explain what I wanted 3 times- 2 orders of 2 double scoops. Simple! She made the second order wrong. The male server who was helping another customer overheard and tried to explain to her what I wanted. She was the most ghetto, unprofessional. Typical PG, sucking her teeth, rolling of the neck attitude. The male ended up servicing me...

I unfortunately missed the names of the people who helped us tonight. The young man who took our order and served us was incredibly friendly and helpful and the young lady who rang us up was very friendly as well! I really appreciate the good customer service!
