Love this place!! Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I do have to say...I was in the store on 3/22/21 and was being helped by a very knowledgeable and upbeat staff member, I believe his name was Daniel?(if not please find who it was)...he was in the middle of up-selling me some Mr. Vapors and had great recommendations! However, during the interaction, someone came up to Daniel and told him someone wanted to talk to him (I’m assuming a higher up as he hesitated since he was in the middle of a great sell with me, but ended up leaving and someone else had to come take over my sale for him). He was an awesome help and I wanted to let his managers and/or supervisors know what a great employee they have and that he needs a raise! This store is full of anything you could possibly want, absolutely beautiful setup...however, when you pay your employees $12/hr you get exactly what you pay for. Matthieu- "Assistant Manager" was less than knowledgeable about your vape products and recommended a vape liquid that was nothing like menthol as asked. Very disappointing after spending $100. I'll be heading to Sweet Fire Tobacco today to get what I need. I would have bought my vape there, but they didn't sell the one I wanted. In the future, I'll take what they sell over the experience I had here. At least they are knowledgeable...

Outstand staff at this store, every time you walk in you're greeted with happy vibes. The store is always super clean, overall outstanding customer service, always on point with the information you desire to know about the products sold in their store. I'm usually greeted by Jakes friendly smile and I've seen him go the extra mile to spread his knowledge about the products that he's selling to the customers that come in.
