My mom and I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and pedicure (my mom got just pedicure though). They gave us the pedicure at the same time which was great. Her person, however, was a lot more thorough and took time doing a proper job! My person rushed, didn’t give me a massage like my mom got, and wasn’t as diligent with the overall quality of the pedicure as my mom’s was. Interestingly enough, my guy rushed so much that I was done a good 5+ minutes before my moms pedicure was finished, which made sense since he skipped 1/3 of the process.

If I thought the pedicure was rushed, boy was I in for a wild ride. Hands down the most rushed and sloppiest manicure I’ve received in 28 years, and I’ve been to some questionable places in the past! He wanted to use the electric filer that they use for acrylic nails..but on my cuticles. People have done that for me in the past and I hate it - it’s sloppy and never comes out clean looking at all. I asked him twice not to use it but he insisted he knew what he was doing, so I gave him a shot. That was my mistake. Exactly what I thought would happen did..my nails now have deep dents in them and the next day all the painful hangnails ensued.

Only six hours after my manicure, I was washing my hands and a huge chip comes off..from washing hands? My mom convinced me to go back next day because of the chip, all the hangnails, and there was a lot of cuticle remaining on every nail that he didn’t remove since he rushed the entire process so poorly.

Thankfully they were very nice about redoing it - but their policy is that the person who did it has to fix it...oh joy. They removed my polish, gave me c o l d water to soak my hands in (like last time), and tried to use the electric filer again! I had to ask him three times not to use it and to use a nipper instead. On the third time of me asking he actually took my hands and tried to start using it!! I pulled back my hands and said ā€œNo!ā€ - this time the manager was watching, so this time the guy ā€œunderstood meā€ and used the nipper instead. He was beyond rushing and sloppy - more than the day before AND caused me to bleed twice. Never in my life has a manicurist cut me with a nipper. And never in my life has a manicurist rushed so much for a job I’m paying them to do.

After the cuticles were removed (better than before, but still not great) he left for about 15 minutes to go give a pedicure to a new client! I was instructed by the manager that I had to wait till my guy was done for him to paint my nails - they wouldn’t have someone else who was free to finish the job or do the other person’s pedicure. Meanwhile, I asked for a nail file and fixed the shape of my nails myself and buffed my nails out, since I don’t think he knew what he was doing (trust me, I tried asking so many times, and I was nice!). Once I fixed it up a bit, he was finished with his client and painted my nails. His polishing job was fine, no complaints there. However, since the nails are so badly dented, due to the machine he insisted on using, they look pretty bad overall.

Next day I got so many hangnails...they hurt pretty bad. The cuts he made in my skin from rushing also hurt. I’m going to have to remove the polish, buff my nails a little, and then let them grow out until I can paint them again - if I buff them out till the dent is gone I’ll have paper thin nails because of how deep the dents are. I’m going to have to medically treat the hangnails after I nip them myself and ultimately give myself an entire new manicure - sans polish, because I have dents! I took photos of the day after and today as well. I’m so disappointed. Super expensive manicure considering. Sorry for long explanation, but I really needed to give the full story. I think it’s so hit and miss here that it’s better off going somewhere else. Not worth the $$ if it’s going to turn out like my experience!! Unfortunate birthday...

When this nail salon opened up right next to my house a while ago, I remember being so excited! I have gone to this salon multiple times with friends and family. They are not consistent at all. Sometimes I get a great manicure with awesome service or a terrible manicure that is rushed with bad customer service.

One time, I asked for a pedicure with white nail polish and the guy gave me yellow nail polish. My mother that I brought with me was almost done with her service so I just looked passed it because I hate causing a scene. Another time that I went a month ago, I asked for french tips on my toes. It was hands down one of the worst french manicures I have ever had. The lady also didn’t even do the hot towel or the massage that is supposed to come with the service. It was completely rushed.

Today is labor day, I checked the hours and they were not listed for labor day and it said open. I called three times to try to get ahold of someone to ask if they were open and if they were doing walk-ins or if I should make an appointment. No one answered and I called three times. The phone rang each time. This isn’t the first time I have tried calling this place and no one answers the phone.

I drove over to the salon and I went to open the door and the guy said no walk-ins today because its labor day. I said okay, what time do you guys close and is it possible to make an appointment for later in the day or another time some other day and he said we close at two o’clock and no you can’t make an appointment. I then explained to him that I called three times and no one answered the phone so I didn’t know and what he responded blew my mind. He said ā€œ We didn’t answer the phone because we are not taking anymore appointments or walk-ins.ā€ .

So instead of saving someone a trip to the salon where the times are never updated, they will make you waste your time to tell you that because they are too lazy to answer the phone. Also, on the slim chance they do answer the phone, they are always rude. I don’t know why I still try with this salon because the services here are hit or miss. There are plenty other salons around Boynton Beach that would be happy to have service and answer the phone. I think I honestly come back out of convenience because its so close to my house. This was my last straw with this salon after multiple times hoping that it would be better. They continuously disappoint. Next time, I will just drive the extra ten minutes to go to a salon that does a consistently good job at their services, wants customers to come in, have good customer service and actually answers the phone when people have questions because their websites and times are...

I decided to try this place, deciding on gettting a pedicure and manicure with a full set of acrylic nails: which I specifically asked for upon arriving. The pedicure was mediocre and I had polish all over my toes. When sitting down for my manicure I noticed the acrylic nails were missing so naturally I asked where they were My nail technician looked to her manager who then went completely ballistic. The manager was adamant I had not asked for acrylics and proceeded to laugh at me then scream at me in infront of other customers. Claiming I had not asked acrylic nails and he did not have time for me. My nail technician adtempted to help and grab the acrylics nails but the manager motioned for her to sit down. I was not the only customer who was screamed at: an elderly man was berrated for not having an appointment by the same manager. Ants and roaches invest this building: I noticed this at the drying station: as well as, the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting as there was a dead roach along with an army of ants crawling all over the floor. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional behavior: never going to this salon again. It is clear they have no respect for others and actively seek to humiliate their customers in a...

Kind of weird sharing my feet but besides the nail work, my skin on the bottom of my feet are what I feel should get the most care when needed and my feet are now peeling worse than when I got there. This was my first time at this location and these photos are about 2 hours after my pedicure. I am kind of disappointed. Unfortunately, a quick scrub and lotion was not enough for what my feet needed. If more care was recommended I would have gladly paid more to have it done right and have all the dried skin removed. I did not see this until I got home and now I will be scrubbing my feet myself.

The receptionist is always kind to patrons and makes courtesy calls. Theresa does a great job. She has a light touch, and my nails don't look like chiclets. Andy is hilarious and keeps the customers happy. The bonus is that they send a reminder text the evening before appointment.
