Subway — Restaurant in Florida

The lady making my sandwich. Was RUDE! Rushed through making my food even though I was the only customer there. I ordered a Tuna and asked for “ a little extra Mayo” and the lady put so much Mayo on it it’s gross. I had to tell her to stop. I ordered two subs. One with extra meat (2.00) charge ok, I get ready to pay and she tells me $27 dollars and change so I payed it and asked for a receipt the price seemed really high. So I look over the receipt and see that she had charged me for three sandwiches and double meat. So I had brought it to her attention and said “ you charged me for three sandwiches” she reply’s to me with WHY? After I show her the receipt she tells me I’m lying and she only charged me for extra meat. So I point out the (4) charges out to her (3) sandwiches and (1) double meat. And she still tells me I’m wrong so I asked her why she charged me 8.00 for double meat and then an additional 2.00 for double meat? After about five minutes of her staring at the receipt and mumbling to herself she finally admitted that she overcharged me and refunded my 8.00...

My daughter goes to lil gym next to this location so I have been in here many times. I have noticed how this location will lay your sandwich as thin as possible. Especially when the big bosses are working. So thin that I am always left with alot of bread that I don't eat. Not a single person I have met in this location is polite. Customer service should be a pleasant experience, I own a retail business. I have looked into opening a subway myself. Unfortunately many customers will take this kind of service and blame it on the name and not the individual owner. This franchise should crack down on these kinds of owners that practice and teach to cheat the customer so they make more money. GO TO JERSEY MIKES AND SEE HOW THEY CUT AND PILE ON...

Worst Subway experience by far! Nikkon, the supposed manager on duty was the most unfriendly 'samdwich artist.' She did not welcome my family & I upon entering. I asked for a sandwich on white & one on herb & cheese. She grabbed 2 white loaves. When I repeated my request, she acted as if I had asked her to do a handstand while making my sandwiches. The salads we very, very skimpy. If I didn't know better, I'd have thought she bought the spinich & tomatoes. Worst Subway salad, ever. When I mentioned to her, "it wouldn't kill you to smile." She smacked her teeth, waved me off and proceeded to the next customer. If customer service isn't your forté, I'm not sure the restaurant...
