Massage from hell, unlike other foot spas they have you sitting up with no support to receive a back massage, pretty much it's a way to upsell which sucks because if you are really good you do not need to do that.The guy that massaged me pretty much abused me instead of a relaxing experience I was more tense scared out of mind that in his goal to give me a deep deep deep massage that he certainly would injure me, I kept jerking up and he still did not get the point that this was not relaxing or a good massage at all even when I waved pain signals with my hands to stop. He threw my arms where he wanted it to be ..who the heck takes hot stones and strikes them on your ankle bone! I thought it was just me with a bad massuer but as I was coming out knowing surely I would never come back there was another woman coming out with tears in her eyes showing me that she believes that her massuer injured her kneck she was in extreme pain and kept crying this was awful! Beware please go to another place only 7 reviews of this place at a near perfect score they most likely had "their people" write these reviews.. I would not risk going to this place my go to place has over 30 reviews so much for me trying a new place. Although I did choose to pay up more to actually be massaged with the support of lying in a chair it just got worse instead of better and the folks collecting the money could care less and said to the crying lady you need to leave a tip how much tip you leave ..just...

Let me be clear, the one star is for the way I was treated today by the cashier. The therapists were actually great. I had the most horrific experience with the man behind the counter, that I literally wondered how this place was still open.

My friend and I showed up for our 1pm appt, and I showed the man, Jay Xie, my $200 gift certificate on my phone. He said, "I don't know how to do this, you pay today." I informed him that he ought to call someone to figure it out because I was going to use the gift card. He literally said, "you can leave!" I did not, and told him he had an hour to figure it out while we got our massages.

Another couple came in and asked to use their father's day voucher they had just purchased. Because the prices had gone up, they would not honor their voucher. Another argument ensued.

After our massages, we came out and I was told he took it off the gift card and that I had a "few dollars left". I said there was $200, and the massages were only $90, so should have $110 left. He said I don't know, I don't know what to tell you. I said you can tell me what the balance is on my card. He said," I can't I'm very busy". (He wasn't) I asked him for the manager's name, and he said he didn't know. I said you literally work here and you don't know who your boss is? He refused to give me a name. I have no idea if he has used the entirety of my gift card. But to be honest if I had to deal with that again I don't think I'd want to go back...

I normally say if you have nothing nice to say don’t say it , but….. I had a bad experience here today. There were several people in the reception area when I arrived for my appointment and 2 were complaining that they had an appointment and weren’t being shown in. They said that they could reschedule but were treated rudely by the receptionist and walked out saying that it is under new management and it’s awful. Even though they had a gift certificate they refused to reschedule . The other patron ahead of me said she was leaving as well after seeing the treatment that the first 2 customers had received. I should have followed suit but have been here many times and enjoyed my services in the past. However that was not the case today. My therapist began the service with applying oil to my face and his fingers smelled of cigarettes. As the service continued I noticed that he had rubber gloves on both hands. The foot massage was so light in pressure that I was sure he was falling asleep. I asked for more pressure (think I woke him up) and he deliberately pressed so hard on the most sensitive part of the foot. I could go on but suffice to say I will not be returning until they can correct the issues that many have...
